TreyTech Studios LLC announces filing for incorporation as TreyTech Inc., a Delaware corporation.

DALLAS, Texas — October 3, 2026 — TreyTech Studios LLC, a Texas-based technology services provider, today officially announced its formal incorporation filing as TreyTech Inc., a Delaware corporation. The restructuring transitions the business from a Texas limited liability company to a Delaware C-Corporation, filed in partnership with LegalZoom.

As part of the move, TreyTech will transfer its core intellectual property into the new entity, including its pending trademarks and platform frameworks. This protects both TreyTech’s own architecture and the creator-owned IP behind the Studio Pro Network.

To keep its founding values while inviting growth, TreyTech Inc. will adopt a dual-class share structure of Class A and Class B common stock. It balances investor valuation with founder voting control, protecting the long-term vision of equitable, human-first consulting.

The new name drops “Studios” and “LLC” to match the TreyTech trademark. The five studios remain as the disciplines inside one platform. Nothing changes for clients: contracts, projects, and Studio Pro onboarding continue as usual.

Where we came from

TreyTech started in Dallas–Fort Worth in 2025 with one belief: tech and consulting forgot the human. In July, Business Insider carried our next-era announcement. Since then, the TreyTech iOS app has launched in the United States and seven countries.

We built TreyTech so creatives, consultants, and gig professionals can do their best work, and clients get the best experience. TreyTech’s digital consulting model, including its methods for consulting project data consolidation, AI integration, and private API integration, is patent-pending (U.S. Application No. 64/135,766).

Where space becomes story, and gatherings become brand moments.

Experience+ is in strategic buildout, beginning in Dallas–Fort Worth. It extends the Experience Studio beyond stages and AVL into spaces, events, and gatherings through a curated network of local, national, and international partners. What happens in the room is captured and released through TreyTech Distribution, and an invite-only Pilot Lab draws on Studio Pros across all five studios to prototype what’s next.
