01 Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Contact & inquiry forms — name, email address, phone number, and project or message details submitted via our website contact modal or any page form.
- Partner & community applications — name, email, organization, industry, and background information submitted when applying to the Studio Pro Network, Launch Partner Program, Studio Supports, or Open Studio notifications.
- Scheduling — when you book a Creative Consult via Calendly, you provide your name, email, and scheduling preferences directly to Calendly. See Section 5 for details.
- Mobile app — if you create an account in our mobile application, we collect your name, email address, and any profile information you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically:
- Log data — IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and device information.
- Analytics — aggregate usage data about how visitors interact with our website and app, collected via Netlify Analytics and similar tools.
- Cookies & local storage — see Section 4.
Information from third parties:
- If you interact with our community groups on LinkedIn or Facebook, those platforms may share limited profile information with us according to your privacy settings on those platforms.
- If you watch or participate in a live Open Studio session on YouTube, LinkedIn, or Meta Platforms, those platforms collect their own data per their respective privacy policies.
02 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and fulfill your requests;
- Process and manage applications to the Studio Pro Network, Launch Partner Program, Studio Supports, and Open Studio;
- Send you information you requested, including session announcements, program updates, and community news;
- Improve and optimize our website, mobile app, and Services;
- Communicate with you about your engagement with TreyTech, including project updates and billing;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions;
- Protect the security and integrity of our Services.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
SMS SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number and opt in — through our website contact form, verbally, by email, or by texting us — you agree to receive SMS/MMS text messages from TreyTech Studios. These may include replies to your inquiry, Creative Consult and appointment reminders, project and milestone updates, and program announcements.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity and engagement with us.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

- Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving our Services.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. All other categories of personal information may be shared only as described in Section 3 (Information We Share).
03 Information We Share
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — we share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our Services (e.g., Netlify for hosting and form processing, Calendly for scheduling). These providers are contractually bound to use data only to perform services on our behalf.
- Studio Pros — if you are matched with a Studio Pro for a project, limited project-relevant information may be shared with that pro under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TreyTech, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers — if TreyTech is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, with notice provided.
TreyTech does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in data — to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, promotional, or lead-generation purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
04 Cookies & Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly and improve your experience:
- Essential cookies — required for core website functionality such as form submissions and session state. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — we use Netlify Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. This does not track individual users across sites.

06 Mobile Application
If you use the TreyTech mobile application, the following additional practices apply:
- Account information — name and email address are required to create an account. You may add optional profile information at your discretion.
- Device permissions — the app may request access to camera, microphone, or photo library only when you initiate features that require them (e.g., uploading project assets). You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.
- Push notifications — with your permission, we may send push notifications about project updates, session announcements, and community activity. You can opt out in your device notification settings at any time.
- Crash reporting — the app collects anonymized crash and performance data to help us improve stability. No personally identifiable information is included in these reports.
- App store privacy — downloads through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple’s and Google’s respective privacy policies. We do not share your data with Apple or Google beyond what is required to facilitate your download.
The app does not collect location data, financial information, or health data.
07 Open Studio & Community Platforms
Open Studio sessions are streamed live on TreyTech.biz, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Meta Platforms. By participating in a live session:
- Any questions or comments you submit publicly (via platform chat or live Q&A) may be visible to other viewers and may be referenced during the session.
- Sessions may be recorded and archived on TreyTech.biz and YouTube for on-demand viewing.
- If you submit your email to be notified of session dates, your email is used solely for that purpose and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
Our community groups on LinkedIn (LinkedIn Group) and Facebook (Facebook Group) are operated on those platforms and subject to their respective privacy policies. Your activity within those groups is governed by LinkedIn and Meta, not TreyTech.
08 Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law:
- Inquiry and application data — retained for up to 3 years from your last interaction with us, or longer if an ongoing engagement relationship exists.
- Client project data — retained for up to 7 years to comply with applicable business and tax record-keeping requirements.
- Analytics data — aggregate and anonymized; retained indefinitely as it cannot identify individuals.
- Session notification emails — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
